A full premium catamaran refit averages 30 to 50% of the price of an equivalent new build, depending on the boat's condition and scope. A detailed budget forecast with clear commitment milestones is established after the initial technical audit.
Expect 4 to 6 months on average for a full refit, preceded by a 2 to 4-day diagnostic phase that shapes the entire project. Timelines are tracked daily by your dedicated project manager.
