We do not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of article 9 GDPR (health, orientation, opinions, etc.).
Your data is intended for authorised internal services of Nexus Marine (management, sales, administration) and, where applicable, our technical processors, who act on our instructions and are contractually bound to confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

Some processors (notably Netlify, Google, HubSpot) may process data in the United States. Nexus Marine implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data: HTTPS/TLS encryption, access controls, regular backups, environment segregation, careful selection of processors.
