The Nexus protocol · Method

One conductor.
One standard.

Seven clear steps, from survey to aftercare. The owner no longer coordinates a dozen contractors: one house is accountable for the result.

Most owners end up coordinating a dozen suppliers themselves

Mechanic, electrician, composite, painter, upholsterer, rigger, electronics, joiner. Each with their own quote, schedule and warranty. When something goes wrong, nobody is accountable : each one points at the previous trade.

We removed that job from the equation. Every trade is carried out by our teams or by a partner we select, integrate and guarantee. The owner speaks to one person, from first survey to final finish.

The Nexus protocol

Seven steps, one conductor

  1. SurveyFull survey of the boat and capture of the brief. We look at structure, systems, real usage and the owner's cruising plans. That is where the bad surprises hide — better found before the quote.
  2. DesignPlans, trade-offs and technical choices. 3D modelling, photorealistic renders, digital as-built drawings. Every transformation is drawn before it is built.
  3. QuotationOne transparent quote, line by line, with a written commitment on scope, schedule and price. No scattered invoices, no hidden coordination fee.
  4. ExecutionSteered by a dedicated project manager, with our teams and the partners we select, integrate and guarantee. Photo tracking and yard reports through Nexus Tracker.
  5. Sea trialsThe boat is tested and tuned in real conditions before handover. A refit that has not sailed is not a finished refit.
  6. DeliveryHandover of the boat, the as-built file and the warranty. One contract, one warranty, one party accountable.
  7. AftercarePost-works support and a lasting relationship. Most of our clients come back — that is our best quality indicator.

“One conductor. One schedule. One standard — from survey to aftercare.”
