A well-designed refit turns an existing boat into the boat your programme needs — and one that resells. Since 2017, Nexus Marine has delivered over 200 projects from the Canet-en-Roussillon marine hub: monohulls and multihulls, from survey to relaunch, with a dedicated project manager and every trade within reach.
Our approach brings together naval architecture and design, onboard technology and project management to deliver boats that are enhanced, modernised and refitted around each owner's programme.

What a Nexus refit includes
Survey and costing
Full inspection of the boat: hulls, structure, propulsion, electrics, circuits, interiors. The survey sets the priorities and a roadmap, followed by a detailed line-by-line quote — scope, lead time and price in writing.
Structure and composites
Damage repair, reinforcements, osmosis and corrosion treatment, structural bonds, bespoke composite parts. The boat's integrity comes before its finish, on monohulls and multihulls alike.
Systems and energy
Propulsion, electrics, hydraulics, lithium and solar, watermaker, air conditioning, navigation electronics. For each boat we select the most relevant solutions — no brand exclusivity, and you remain the final decision-maker.
Interior refit
Cabins, saloon, galley, upholstery: a layout drawn by our naval architecture and design office, durable materials, thermal and acoustic comfort. Every transformation is drawn before it is built.
Project management
A dedicated project manager coordinates every trade — composites, mechanics, electrics, joinery, upholstery, rigging, paint — on one schedule. You receive a regular photo report by email through Nexus Tracker: what has been done, hours completed, next steps.
