• Contact / audit form: first name, last name, email, phone, vessel type and project description.
• Guide download: email address.
• Technical data: IP address and browsing data, where applicable, via audience-measurement tools (see cookie policy).

3. Purposes & legal bases

• Respond to your requests and prepare a quote — legal basis: pre-contractual measures / your consent.
• Send the requested guide and information about our services — legal basis: your consent.
• Improve the site and measure its audience — legal basis: your consent (cookies).

4. Recipients

Your data is processed by Nexus Marine and its hosting/form provider Netlify, Inc. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Transfer outside the EU

As hosting is provided by Netlify (USA), some data may be transferred outside the EU, governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Contact data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Emails collected for the guide or communications are kept until you unsubscribe.
